Gateway Apartments |
The University Gateway Apartments are located at the entrance of Upper College Rd. There are 24 apartments designated for graduate students. The apartments are unfurnished but do have a stove and refrigerator. The monthly rent includes heat and hot water. A laundry facility is located at the end of the complex. The Gateway community offers a 24-hour on-call site manager and convenient parking. A graduate assistant is available to provide on-site assistance and service.
Please note that there is a housing shortage in this area and there is a considerable waiting period from the date of application to the time of placement. We recommend that you submit your application for graduate housing at least six to nine months in advance of your expected date of arrival.
